Our Refund Policy
These are the Refund Policy of administration from Perfect Line Corporation for the supply of its products. These refund policy apply to you ("Client") as a client of the administration. It is proposed to guarantee that you know your rights and commitments when utilizing the administration. Please read these refund policy carefully. It is a condition of your use of the service that you comply with these refund policy. From time to time, we may make amendments to the refund policy. Clients may not be notified of changes. You must also read and abide by the refund policy.
- Refunds will not be granted for change of mind, or lack of website traffic. Refunds will not be granted for domain name purchases.
- Refunds will not be granted if Client realizes our facilities are incompatible with Client scripts, languages and databases.
- In case, any client is not completely satisfied with our services we can provide a refund. All refunds will take maximum of 7-10 working days to process and it will be refunded in your account as Account Credits.
- Domain Name Registration / Domain Transfer or other domain related services is NOT refundable. Once you purchase your Domain Name, you are its owner and it cannot be "returned" until the duration of the domain term has expired.
- Only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund. For example, if you've had an account with us before, canceled and signed up again, you will not be eligible for a refund or if you have opened a second account with us.
- There are no refunds on dedicated servers, administrative fees, install fees for custom software, or domain name purchases. Refund requests for shared and reseller accounts after the initial 14 days non-conditional money back period will be refunded on a prorated basis of any unused time.
- We will try our level best to offer quality services that matches for our clients. However Payment Processing Fees can’t be refunded by us as they are used directly as the processing fee.
